AppCrypt is designed to protect any application on your Mac. It works by simply setting a password and adding the apps to a lock list, which no one can access without the correct password. It even tracks failed attempts with photos taken by the front camera.

Key Features Include: The application does not modify anything in your system settings or applications. AppCrypt works as a background process and does not use any CPU load while idle. You select which apps get blocked and if you decide to remove the password from that application, simply delete the application from the lock list. If someone attempts to start your apps without permission, AppCrypt will take a picture of this person, protecting your apps and enabling you to identify the intruder. AppCrypt has an easy-to-use interface.

AppCrypt keeps track of failed attempts and provides reports on which app the attempt was made on, as well as the date, time, operation and a snapshot taken by the front camera.

System Requirements: Intel processor. Mac OS X 10.7 or Later. 512 MB physical RAM or more.
