ContactManager is a user-friendly utility that allows you to scan your Contacts so that you can locate any duplicated entries. Once the scan is complete, you can choose whether or not to delete the duplicate entries. The app is able to find duplicate contacts, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, incomplete names, invalid characters, unusual titles, suffixes and spacing. It is possible to adjust the scan settings via the ContactManager Preferences, ensuring you get the information you need with each scan.

As well as scanning for duplicates, you can also use ContactManager to quickly and easily backup your contact database to various file formats such as CSV, vCard, TXT, Docx, HTML, Excel, Numbers or Pages. It is also possible to backup or sync your contacts to different platforms, such as Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail.
